"Keep 'em coming, Ron! "The Solitary Man, In Defence Of Preppers" is another winner in author Ron Foster's arsenal. If you're into survival skills, prepping, preparing for the unknown, or just curious, you can't go wrong with this author's prepper series. An excellent blend of fiction and true-to-life survival skills that just may come in handy one day...though I hope not! I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment. :)"

"Preppers Road March".
"...Taking place after the great cyber attack, one will become acquainted with David and his girlfriend, Julie. He has been prepping for many years and feels that he would be able to sustain them for a number of years. Of course, one must plan on having needy neighbors, so what does one do with them? The ending of the first book covers some incredible information including calories per ounce of meat. What I found impressive is that this takes into account, the amount of calories that one living in these conditions would need to survive. Incredible information. It also covers rocket stoves and ponchos to my amazement."

"The author does not disappoint in this book. As with all of his books, he uses these creative storylines as a tool to educate and show us all;
preparedness minded and otherwise, how to survive any world as we know it sharing tips and suggestions and yes even prepper-products along the way to get us to think."

Why I Want To Read It!
"This book not only covers more methods of how to find food, water, shelter and protection during a worldwide cataclysm, but we get to meet the characters up close and personal. As with all of the author's books, he combines humor, adventure, and helpful hints. As a lover of nonfiction books, I find it to be a perfect blend. So what's the author trying to get across in the Prepper series? That as long as you're alive there's hope, so never, ever give up!"
"This book fills the void between so called primitive survival and suburban survival skills books that are currently so popular today. The book uses a modern hands on approach of utilizing common household items to enable the average person to actually take a box, a cooking bag and a piece of cordage and be able to feed themselves and purify water. How many of the other "Survival" books on the market cover this or tell you how to heat a room with just a garbage bag?"
"The dialect in this book is outstanding and the banter between Bertha, Crick, Clem and the rest is priceless. The "Pokey stick" also made me chuckle!
The background of this story is that there are 50 people on an island that are part of a Prepper Camp. Many of these individuals have not fared well and need to be rescued. An AHA moment, for sure and am sure one is able to piece together the "rescue team".
...If you are looking for some excellent tips on survival including fishing, snares, traps and the contact test for edible plants, this is the one for you. One thing I never realized was the "fisti cuffs" method that deer utilize. Excellent information to know if one is cornered by a deer..."

Book Review of Ron Foster's "Our End Of The Lake" Must Read!
"Hey ya'll, am doing a book review of Ron Foster's "Our End Of The Lake" The Preppers Trilogy. This is a VERY GOOD BOOK..."
"With "The Possum Prepper [Survival] Guide" you will see a different side of prepping, one that might change how you prep now. Ron will have you thinking in the first few pages on how you may be doing things maybe not wrong but not as efficient as you could be. The book will teach you some self sufficiency techniques using household items that you may not think of from day to day. I enjoyed this book and learned a lot, I would recommend this book to any prepper, survivalist, or a person just wanting to learn what you can do to help keep your self alive in a time of uncertainty in the world."
"In "Driving Towards Disaster" we get to see the situation through the eyes of an emergency responder. Imagine having the task of helping out yet trying to survive as well? Mix the pandemic in with a major hurricane and all hell is breaking loose in this book! But...as with each of Ron Foster's stories, there is hope at the core of them. The main message is to be prepared (or perish)."
"..."A Prepper Prepares For Christmas:The Prepper Saga volume 2" is a message to us all. We should focus on what truly matters --those we care about and life in general. It's not how much you have but how much you give. This particular volume in the Prepper series left me feeling philosophical and I truly enjoy what I have much more!"
"It's not to often you meet folks such as Ron! I commend his hard work for trying to wake folks up like you and I. Give "Preppers Road March" by Ron Foster a try,"
